My Colonic Story: Watching My Belly Rise During the Colon Detox| Part 3
The Colon Cleaning Experience
As the water entered my body, I felt a mild pressure. As my belly got bigger, however, I felt cramping. This was normal but uncomfortable. The assistant then told me that she would fill my stomach with water until I could not take it anymore. When I had enough, I simply had to squeeze her hand. I guess I am a weakling because I copped out pretty early. I felt like I was going to bust, so she released the pressure. Then the assistant stopped the water and began to massage my stomach. She said that the massage would break up any stubborn fecal matter and help move things along. As she massaged my stomach, quite aggressively I might add, she offered to show me the clear tube that showed the fecal matter being expelled form my body. It was not as gross as I had thought since the fecal matter was being flushed out by massive amounts of water. I really could not feel anything coming out because everything was diluted with the water. To my relief, there was no smell whatsoever.
She, the assistant, had mixed grapefruit seed extract in liquid form, with the water as it entered my body. Grapefruit seed extract is an herbal supplement particularly good at killing off parasites within the body. The assistant was now 
frantically checking the clear portion of the tube to see if any parasites were being expelled from my body. She was surprised and dumbfounded when she was unable to find any. After all, this would be one major way to prove that colon cleaning works. To end her confusion, I told her that I took grapefruit seed extract on a regular basis of my own accord. She said “oh” but still looked disappointed.
As the water was being released from my body, I felt a gentle calm come over me. My stomach was getting flatter and the colon detox process was coming to an end. It had been nearly 30 minutes. Before the assistant removed the tube, she gave me clear instructions to make a beeline straight to the toilet, which was located in the same room. She removed the tube and then left the room to give me privacy. For 15-20 minutes, I sat on the toilet. I had not witnessed too much fecal matter being released during the actual colon detox process, but now it was all coming out. It was very noisy and messy for that matter. I kept flushing the toilet because I was excreting more than I had room for. When I was finished, I cursed myself for not having brought wet wipes.
